l'm very thankful to have the opportunity to perform monthly at the Ornithology Jazz Club, a place that in only a year became an important part of New York City's jazz community.

For this date I decided to bring a special band featuring Daniele Germani on alto and soprano saxophones, Simona Premazzi on piano and Luca Santaniello on drums.

I had a great time playing with these fantastic musicians and I was very happy to experiment tunes that I never played before such as "According to the blues" that I recently wrote, "La Guardia" by Daniele Germani and "Nem Um Talvez" by Hermeto Pascoal.

My next engagements as a leader will be at Ornithology Jazz Club on Dec 19th and at Cafè Bohemia on Jan 7th. The band will feature the talents of Ben Solomon on saxophone, Chris McCarthy on piano and Adam Arruda on drums.
