Giuseppe Cucchiara Quartet Live 2/27/2022

“Yesterday night I felt so emotionally fulfilled that today I woke up ready to go”.

This is probably the best thing I could ever hear, it makes me believe that people appreciate and feel the power of music regardless the genre or the complexity. At this point I guess it's really about the message…

I had a lot of fun on Sunday night playing my original music with some of the best musicians I could ask for, Daniele Germani on alto sax, Jon Elbaz on piano and Eviatar Slivnik on drums.

The Ornithology Jazz Club was full and I was happy that the crowd got into the mood we created through our music.

Some of the tunes we played included “This one Deserves a Better Title”, “Nothing Further” and “Overture in 3/4” (co-written with D.Germani) plus other numbers that were performed for the first time.

Thank you Daniele, Jon and Eviatar for your musicianship and to Mitch and Rie for giving me the opportunity to perform in such a great place.
